You guys will have to wait a year to nominate the Year of the Horse chips. Only chips released in 2001 are eligible for this year's award.

I think if you can redeem the chip at the cage for the FACE value or play it on the table, it's eligible! Unlike Nevada regulations, California has none, at least with regards to chips, tokens, or pogs.
