By no means do I know all the facts about this chip.
But, I read this board several times a day and when I saw the chip was being offered and sold for $200, I thought wow - what a bargain considering the availability of this chip. Not long after that, either later in the day or perhaps next day is when an AC Chipper announced the chips were back on the table and stayed there for what I think was about 2 weeks. Obviously everyone that wanted one got one at face.

In case you didn't know, the chip was on the tables for several weeks last Fall, but no one knew about it until it was off the table, making it a very hot commodity.

I have no idea of the true value of that chip, but if I'm not mistaken, Archie posted something about how many were thought to have walked - and it's quite a few.

So it went from "rare???" to "not for me to decide".
