After being tortured for seven long years with the crappy dial-up access and appauling technical support provided by Prodigy I am now seriously considering dumping Prodigy (Actually I am dumping Prodigy) and switching to high speed cable internet, Does anyone here subscribe to the Comcast HSI service (Formerly Comcast @Home)? I was originally going to go with AT&T Worldnet dial-up but unfortunately I was told by AT&T Worldnet that a subscriber can only log on to their account one computer at one time in other words since I have two computers I have if someone in my family is on the other computer accessing the Internet I would have to wait till they are off the other computer or I can subscribe to a second account which would mean another $21.95 a month so I called Comcast which is also my local cable company their special right now is $36.90 ($29.95 for 1st computer + $6.95 for the second) for the first three months then $46.90 ($39.95 for first computer + $6.95 for second) each month after that and this covers both of our computers plus they are knocking down installation to $49.00 (normally $99.00) and again this cover both computers although subscribers who only have one computer pay the same price it's like I am getting installation for free on my one computer.
So Comcast HSI subscribers please let me know is there anything you don't like, What do you like or anything else. Your input is greatly appreciated.
