That is the Caesars Palace, Winged Victory strike. It won top honors as Silver Strike of the Year for 2000, as voted upon by the Silver Strikers Chapter of the CC>CC.

This year, the SSOTY competition opens to the entire CC>CC membership.

I have to agree with the balloting for that strike, it is impressive. BTW-The date on it (1966) commemorates the Opening of Caesars Palace.
