You are 100% correct, Greg. I sent an Email to our President, Nate Pincus, saying that I was not completely satisfied with the tentative "Condition List" and would like to serve on a committee to finalize the condition descriptions. Nate graciously responded that he would welcome me on the committee. I'm sure that others who would like to be a part of this discussion would be welcomed by the board as well to express their thoughts.

As Greg says, let's be patient and give the board proper time to attempt to present a final proposal that will satisfy almost everyone.
