Archie, I have no idea how many illegal collectors there are but lets assume there are 300. We do not want our chips labeled "Uncollectable" by our club.

We can trace the history of our chips. In many cases we know more about them than most NV chip collectors ever thought about knowing, about their chips. Most were issued pre 1960. Most had been used for years and then used in home games after the joints closed, right up until we found them. Sometimes we are happy just to find one with only 1 cigarette burn on them. NO!! I DO NOT WANT THEM LABELED UNCOLLECTABLE by some NV chip collector.

I feel we need an official description, also. Mostly for the reasons you have already stated.
We need one that will address all of our members needs. And the guy that wrote the uncollectable part of the one that was posted, needs to be left off the commeettee!!!! I can not believe our officers allowed that to be posted.
