John; I will agree with you that a worn chip with no other defects should not be described as "damaged" (unless the hot stamp is worn so badly that it is hard to tell what the inscription was on the chip) .... but I certainly do think that a chip with cigarette burns IS a damaged chip. Wouldn't you agree?
