How many of you have seen the new "Official Condition Descriptions" which have been posted on the Club's Website ?? Do these descriptions apply to all chips, i.e. illegal clubs, ufo's, chips over 50-60 years old or do they apply only to newer issues and recently released chips ( say 1980 and after)? Many very rare older illegal chips only exist in "worn or poor" condition with cigarette burns,etc. but these rare and desirable chips are termed as "damaged" or "generally unacceptable for most collections" by the Official Descrptions. I think most illegal collectors would disagree with this inferance. What do you think ??? See link below.
