I'll take a stab at them since I dig fractional chips & TCR #8 is handy.

Upper left: N4783, TCR 8 value $3-$4, 1970's (obsolete?)
Upper right: N2281, TCR 8 value $3-$4. 1970's (obsolete?)
Bottom: N7869, TCR 8 value $3-$4, 1980s (current?)

As far as your scanner, are the colors in your scanning software set wrong??? Hope this helps you.
