A nice thought, but from my experience as a collector I can tell you that it won't happen. I've been buying my new releases from the same dealer since I began collecting about 5 years ago. I get some very nice chips at what I believe is a fair price. They arrive promptly and are packaged securely. The dealer providing the service is just that, a dealer. I don't expect them to stand in line at the HR (for several hours) to get 3 chips at $15 (face value)and to sell them for $24. It is a business transaction, and how they make a living. Sometimes it goes the other way. They stand in line; buy a bunch of LEs, and get stuck with them. These are my thoughts.
