A few of you offer a "New Release Service" and as a somewhat New collector, I have a question.

You have a regular customer that pretty much buys everything that you offer to him/her. You sell, for sake of arguement, your $5 L.E.'s at $8.00 and your $25 L.E.'s at say $32.00. Now along comes a $5 chip from HR that is limited to 250 and you were only able to get 3. This same chip is immediately selling on E-bay for $25. Do you offer it to your best 3 customers at $8 each (your normal price) Do you offer it to them for $25 each or do you not offer it at all and keep them for yourself.

It would seem to me that you should offer it at $8 and forego the short term profit in favor of keeping your 3 best customers happy. Any thoughts?
