Damn Charles I am really sorry to hear that this happened to you again.

Ever since September 11th I've sent all of my chips in a Post Office issued insulated envelope (See pic below) and I put at in the bottom of the envelope a label that says:

"ATTENTION POST OFFICE"
HAND STAMP/SORT ENVELOPE ONLY
HANDLE WITH CARE

And of course I always insure ever package that I send out so if the chip gets destroyed or in some cases fried by the post office I can always recoup my losts back.

Again I am really sorry to hear about this.
