Good question........The 1st issue has navy inserts & the 3rd has blue inserts. BUT, the picture in Campiglia's book for the 3rd issue sure looks like navy to me. The picture of the chip in the auction also looks like navy. It would be nice to see the two chips side by side to tell the difference in color. I would think that if the 1st issue is really navy it must be VERY dark. Andy - Las Vegas
