If you did not get a card after signing up pre opening, you are not getting it.
The pre-opening mail out was handled by an outside company. After mailing out over 150,000 cards they just uped and quit. They did not turn over their files to us.

Go to the Palms web site and send an email to Club Palms. Tell them you registered for a Charter Member Card and did not get it. The Club Palms manager told me they would mail them out at once.
Include your name, address, and birthday in the email. The benefits that game with the CM card has expired but she will still send them out.
