The EOS, Diamond mold was id'd as from State Line Tavern/Last Chance Tavern in Kansas City.

The WTS chips although most say are UFC, were reputed to be from Vegas in one of Doug Saitos old ChipChat magazines. Don't think this was ever substantiated though.
