For some stupid reason I looked up the Carver House instead of Nob Hill. Carver House has only shiny Christy & Jones molds so I figured you must have found one that was made on a Burt Co. mold,even tho C&J was also made by the Burt Co., so what I wrote made absolutely no sense whatsoever.

The correct answer should have been that the two varieties are long cane variety (Burt Co.) & short cane variety (PaulSon.) Sorry for the confusion.

Regarding the different H&C's, you only left out the upside-down one used for some oversized chips and the Hat w/out cane used for home sets.
