This does not look like a high quality inlay. The "SC" appears to be bleeding. The entire surface has cross hatching. I'm not sure whether this is an older club chip that is unused or a new chip. The chip composition appears to be a clay type used in the late '60s - '70s.

Has anyone any info on this chip.
