I agree with everything you said. Very well said. Aren't the minority owners getting a chunk of the license purchasing money for their share of the original plan and License? Yes I agree very much with the unbelievable rule where they can sell something they don't own. I guess if you pad enough polititians pockets you can do almost anything.
