Seeing how you just switched from AOL to DSL, it may be that your browser (now Internet Explorer or Netscape) may not be current versions fully compatible with ebay. Your old browser (a customized derivative of one of those two, I suspect Netscape) may have been just fine, as it ran under the AOL software.

Since you still have your AOL account access available, do you have this problem using both AOL and your DSL connection, or just the DSL connection. For others that listening in, Ralph is using a version of IE (not sure which one). Netscape is on his machine (3.0) but he is not using it, and if he does, he knows to upgrade it first.
