Briefly here is what I have heard about the RBP chips. Supposedly from the Royal blue Palace in Newport, Yy. This information comes from Larry Trapp who told me he had a conversation with a police officer who remembered the club. To support this information, I found the red RBP chips in the same box as the Blue Lookout House chips a few years ago. Maybe the records will be available some day but until then I feel that this attribution is as good or better than many I have seen.
