As far as I am concerned. At this point you are an ex-slabber since you have announced you will no longer be selling slabbed chips or slabbing chips. My issues with you have been about the slabbing, not about you personally so if the slabbing is stopped the issues are gone.

Although I disagree with Andy's reason for not adding you to the list, there is one very good reason not to.

Early on some people (maybe even yourself) suggested that people were on the list because they were intimidated into being put on the list. We of course said that nobody was being forced to sign the list and that there were to be no reprisals against people who choose not to be on the list.

You now say that you fear for the safety of your property and family and that is why you have stopped slabbing and want to join the list.

Clearly you are acting under duress and if Andy adds your name to the list under these circumstances we can longer insure that the list is representation of people's free will to join.
