A seller named "coolswami" (should tell us something right there) had a jeton from Macao listed on eBay last week with a "buy it now" of $2500. He claimed in his description not to have any knowledge about the jeton or even know that it is a jeton as he refers to it as a chip. Someone told him it was extremely "rare" and collectible. Well, it closed with a high bid of $50 (probably $30 above it's value), did not meet his reserve and has been relisted. The current description is identical to the first listing. This guy has not done his homework.

When first listed I gave him all the information I could with my limited knowledge of Macao jetons. Now, if I am off base and this jeton is worth $2500, I'll eat my words....but...I don't think so!
