I condemn this act, along with all the other posters to this thread.

Was the slabbed chip (attached to the rock) one of the free sample chips that were given out, or was it a "real" graded & slabbed chip? If it was one of the free chips, then it's probably not traceable, but if one of the real ones, perhaps ICG could check their records, see who had it slabbed, and trace it from there.

If the perpetrator is found, banishment from the club PLUS criminal charges are in order.
