The seller did in fact alter his title and description, if you look at the auction you will see a link that will show you the revision history of the auction.

The Seller is not lying about revising the description and the Title, but he is apparently either lying or mistaken about when the chips sold out.

Obviously I believe the posters here who have described the chips as not selling out in 14 minutes since they have no incentive to lie about such a thing and they have a track record of reliability.
