I don't understand how someone could make this untrue statement that affects his/her credibility.

I was at the Trump Plaza Betty Boop chip distribution at noon yesterday ... along with approximately 20 other chippers. No way did this chip sell out in 14 minutes, as the Ebay seller proclaims. In fact, after everyone in line was allowed to purchase up to two stacks each, they were allowed to return to the back of the line and purchase more. After everybody got all the chips they needed/wanted and there were no more buyers in line .... there were still chips on the table for sale to anyone who wanted to purchase them. Don't believe me? .... ask anyone else who was present.
