Per the Harrah's web site they claim the Bluffs Run Casino as a Harrah's property in Council Bluffs, IA

They also claim the Harrah's Council Bluffs as their newest property and picture the Riverboat called Kanesville Queen. This is the former Harveys location. It is located on Harvey's Blvd.
