I came across this interesting "Runnymede" chip and was so taken by the name that I checked for an ID card but there wasn't one. Anyone know anything about it? (Yes, Rich Hanover, I realize that this is where the Magna Carta was signed, but something tells me they didn't have too many chips around in the year 1215!)
