I will NOT buy a slabbed chip regardless of the circumstances.
No reflection on Vicki but I suppose we can make up all sorts of exclusions.
For example have a relative but the chip unslab it and sell it to you. In theory it would not be buying a slabbed chip.
We can create another 100 scenarios such as this one.
Just say NOOOOOOOOOO
