Question about pricing for eBay auction

I've been selling chips and other items on eBay for three years now so you'd think I know what I am doing by now but I've put this same chip up for sale at least four times and I haven't gotten a nibble yet, It's the Desert Inn Dennis Miller chip, I put it up for $12.50 which is exactly what I paid for it, I've had auction which were straight no reserves and reserves but I never seem to be able to sell it, Am putting my price on this chip too high? All I am asking is exactly what I paid for, Hell the shipping it's even that much considering three years when I first started selling on eBay and I didn't know what the hell I was doing I was charging $4 for shipping and handling and couldn't keep my extra chips in stock now I am charging cost for the chip plus the shipping and handling is half of what it use to be and I can't get anyone to touch me with a ten foot pole.

Just the fact that I have to and I stress have to sell of part of my casino chip collection to make ends meat (Some of my chips I've had for nearly 20 years) really upsets me but if I am going to put food on the table so be it. I just want to make sure that I am not overcharging people because that's not what I am all about, Every chip that I've ever had and held onto or sold after a few years I feel went for a fair price.

BTW, 19 Positive Feedbacks and 0 Negatives and 0 Neutral. you would think that would count for something.

Any advice would be appreciated.
