BINGO !!!

There were actually 2 sets of "Bellagio" chips used in the current version of the movie Ocean's 11. Both sets are shown in the scan below.

The set the $100 chip that you recognized is a part of was used for the vault scene. Only the last chip in each row had the Bellagio inlay on 1 side only. All of the chips except the last one in the row are blank.

There were much fewer of a much nicer set. This set was used whenever the look and "sound" of real chips was necessary. Four denominations are diamond mold and one...the $50 denomination is, for some unknown reason, a mermaid mold. Both sides contain an inlay which is identical to the real "rack" Bellagio chips, but smaller.

These chips are currently part of ABS 2002.1. I'll post "the rest of the story" here next week.
