Maybe I missed something. Where does the seller "clearly" state that this chip is not form any casino?
I see the wording as "the kind that is used in the casino". Playing verbal acrobatics might be within the letter of the law, but is positively misleading.
I pitty the poor uninformed person that may buy this valuable almost antique chip.
