Mike, that may be a trivial amount, but there's virtually no risk to it.
Suppose The Hard Rock does 1500 $5 LE's. That's $7500 cash in, less the cost of $675 (at 35¢ each plus $150 die set up...thanks Gene) = $6825 profit with a relatively small amount of employee time involved to sell the chips.
At the moment, I'm too lazy to look up any of the house percentages for any of the games....but how many games of blackjack would a dealer have to deal for the house to earn $6825 profit? (That's a hypothetical question!)
A casino won't make the majority of its money with LE's, but it's a nice supplement to the gambling revenue!
