As I recall, there were pre-addressed Avery labels to indicate who was next. I put a gift in there for the originator (Allen), whose last name escapes me. How 'bout an email to Jim Batten? He may still have the labels and simply left them out, however, I think that you were the last person and it needs to go back to Allen. I will look through some archives to see if I can figure out who Allen is.
