Yeah I knew I'd get a ton of e-mail on this one.
Here's the story as far as I have been able to learn.

If you took one of those bus trips up to Bucky's in the last few months - they supposedly gave you a Fun Book. (which I haven't seen or been able to get ... yet?)

One of the Giveaways in the Books was this "Souvenir" chip. They don't have them at the poker counter, cages or Gold Rush Club (so they say) and they insist the ONLY way to get one was through the promotion.

I learned of this chip about a month ago... but hadn't seen one... nor could anyone confirm it.
It is typical for Bucky's employees to look at you as if one of you is stupid...
and I am never quite sure if it is me or them.

I have been up there 3-4 times since hearing of the promo... only to be told either:
"I have no idea what you are talking about" or
"You might ask the Operations Supervisor" (who was never there)

Last night I tried again and the Supervisor gave in to my shameless begging. I reasoned with her that since I was a local, I'd NEVER take the bus trip...
and explained I NEEDED the chip.

She sent someone somewhere and they brought me ONE chip... swearing me to secrecy. (Whoops... I blew that, didn't I?)
I hugged them both, wished them a fabulous New Year and got the hell out of there before Security decided to change anyone's mind.

Chuck... I bet if you called from the Valley asking about the bus trips, you'd get more cooperation than I have... GOOD LUCK!
