In the past several days there has been at least two people post that they are "new to chip collecting". They ask a question,start a thread,20 people offer them free starter chips,then you never hear from them again.

Ya know what I think? I think it's one of the "locals" (Andy,Gene,Robert,Mike,Archie)here on TCB posting under a different name just to get their stock built up.

I'm gonna try it and see if it works.
