WOW, fabulous chip Archie! I'm glad you posted the story behind it as well. My guess is these must have been in use at the mandated $3 minimum craps tables for "odds" payouts ($3.50 for $3 on a place bet 6 or 8) at that time. If you remember, the CCC mandated so many of these low limit tables back then. It now gives me something new to add to my 'want' list.
