No error message, just a blank white rectangle. The ?whatsamajig thing? that shows when the browser is actually doing something doesn't indicate any activity.

I know there are some graphics and attachments that webtv can't use ....for example, we CAN see .jpg and .gif attachments, we can NOT see octet.stream. I'm sure there are others that we can and can't use...just haven't paid any attention to what they are.

Now for some of the advantages of webtv...I'm sitting in my nice comfy recliner right now, we can't get viruses, and the unit is a little smaller than our vcr, oh yeah, and it has a 25" screen . See...there is an UP side to webtv too!!!!
