In Atlantic City most of the casinos offer one Sic Bo table (I don't think Claridge does but I'll bet most of the rest of them do). These are often in or near the Asian games section (if the casino has one). And are usually a very small limit ($1 or $2 mins). The two that I am familiar with are:
Tropicana has its in the Jade Palace
Taj has its outside the dragon room
It is a game where the player selects on a lighted playing surface the combinations of possibilities made by three dice - such as the exact total of the dice (3 to 18), the individual dice (one-six) or combinations (for example, of the three dice one will be a 6 and one will be a 3) or even an over/under (big number > 12 or small number < 12). You put a chip where you want to wager (you can wager in multiple places) and the dealer will then shake the dice and roll numbers.
If the combinations come up, you win the odds on that space. over/under is a 1:1 all the way up to a triple at a much higher odds.
Again, my theory about casinos, lights, and colors prevail.
