What lots of folks call "pennies" is also incorrect. We use "cents" in this country. England uses pennies.
It's five "cents" to equal a nickel ... not five pennies. 25 "cents" to equal a quarter. 50 "cents" to equal a half-dollar. 100 "cents" to equal a dollar.
Having said that, I'll still continue to educate those "numismatists" who use the term token when they are referring to chips. Eventually, they will come around to accepting the norm.
