Bob, I can tell you know very little about casino chips, checks and tokens. All you need to do to further educate yourself is to pick up any book on the subject explaining such. Every casino knows what a chip is and what a check is.

Nobody is saying what term HAS to be used to describe a chip except YOU and Jim Reilly. The leaders in the numismatic union of which you are are part of know much more than you do; listen to them when they speak if you wish to learn. If you do not agree; fine, but do not say they are "wrong" when they take the time to explain to you what a token, chip and check are. Man!!!!
