The book title that you site could easily be changed to reflect the terminology common within our hobby, should the book be reprinted in its original format or updated.
I have wooden nickels that can be exchanged for cash. How would the ANA classify them? Would they also be called tokens? Could I go to a coin show and ask a dozen dealers what they would call a cash value woody, and have them all tell me "it is a token"?
