And just to add to that story... used to be that Microsoft support was very good. In the last three calls to MS Support (one to MS Money, two to MS Office support) they have not been able to solve my problem ONCE! Their solutions have been to rebuild the OS and applications, reinstall Money, pretty much everything except a reasonable answer.
