That's what I thought also. I went in to play Craps on their mini tables and when I went to cash in I saw the sign by the cage. I ask the lady to just exchange some of my $5's for the limited editions. She asked me how many I wanted and I asked how many she had. She picked up the plastic rack, set it up on the counter and said about 100. I told her to give me five and she did.
