...saying that is from the Bugsy era??? According to the pamphlets for the first 13 Vegas hotels, the Champagne tower was built in 1953. According to the Chiprack, that chip dates from around 1951 (o.k., one or the other is off...but they both say 195_). Bugsy was killed in 1947. Not only is that chip slabbed, it's misrepresented. No chip deserves to be treated like that!
