He's rude and arrogant, he's uncooperative, he doesn't offer insurance because he "doesn't want to stand in line at the postoffice", he wouldn't give his phone number to complete a claim form for the post office, he has a nasty temper and leaves retaliatory feedback. Yes, I left him negatives first, but I never called him names or said he was dishonest, just not helpful.
