Elsewhere on this board is a posting titled "Need Help..." posted by Duke. He scanned and sold a chip, which he can't find now. He's trying to buy a replacement to take care of the buyer. Perhaps your seller had a similar experience, and is stalling to try and find the right chip for you.

Don't count on an honest response to negative feedback. I paid for 3 chips, which I didn't get. I left 3 negatives, and recieved 3 in return (same seller). He called me a scammer. I could respond to his negatives with facts, but I still have the negatives. It's called retaliatory feedback...and ebay won't do a thing about it (I even filed a complaint...didn't do any good). Do what you think is right, but be aware of possible repercussions.
