He has offered to make it right on 12/9, after the initial notice of the error on 12/3. If he scanned it he had to have it and if not, then the screw up deserves a negative feedback for carelessness, he has wasted a lot of my time in trying to correct the problem and having to send the chip back, etc.

I'm in a negative mood since a stock I bought yesterday is falling through the roof! If it comes back maybe I will reconsider.
