The building may open again, but it won't be as the Flamingo. It will have a new name, new target audience (locals) and, of course, new chips. I was told last week at the Reno Hilton that the Flamingo's chips were transported to the Reno Hilton, stayed there a few days and then were destroyed. Some (including the one pictured ) got out before the doors closed, though.
