I was thinking of creating a web page. I currently have FrontPage express with my Windows98. I am comfortable using Word and Excel, however I know nothing about HTML, or web pages.

I would like to have a starting page with some pictures, text, a counter, and icons that would link to a different page. I was thinking of four icons to break it down to different geographical regions. From there they could pick a casino name. When they click on the name it would bring up pictures of chips from that casino.

My questions are:
1. Is this too difficult for me to achieve, considering I’m not even sure what HTML is?
2. If it is not difficult, would someone be willing to get me started?
3. If I do manage to get a basic web page started and then want to create some additions, can I add them on, or do I have to start from scratch?
