Makes no difference! A rule is a rule is a rule. Jim R. wanted his old number back and couldn't get it. Gives one a warm and fuzzy feeling. I think Raplh just likes to change his position. He tells everyone willing to listen one thing and after he is elected he changes. GREAT POLITICIAN!!!!
